BLS certification course

The BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. This training reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines. This is an AHA BLS Healthcare Provider course and is designed to fulfill all federal and state education components required for professional performance of basic life support and CPR.

Bloodborne Pathogens and Transmission Based Precautions

This course teaches participants how to protect themselves and others from exposure to blood or other bodily fluids containing potentially hazardous diseases. This course covers standard and universal precautions for diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. This course also covers droplet, contact and airborne precautions for disease such as COVID-19, Influenza, Tuberculosis, and Varicella.

Basic First aid

This course trains participants to provide CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and provide basic first aid. This training meets OSHA regulatory compliance for usage of AED and performance of CPR and basic first aid. Anyone with or without medical experience who needs to provide CPR or basic first aid in an emergency in any setting should take this course.

Heartsaver CPR AED

This course trains participants to provide CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED). This is an American Heart Association (AHA) course and is designed to fulfill all OSHA and state education components required for professional performance of CPR and AED utilization.  Participants receive an AHA card that is valid for 2 years. No exam is required. This course can be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.
